We bring a giant wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano to your event, cook fresh pasta on the spot, and toss it through the cheese right in front of everyone. We make our own fresh pasta ourselves, and it's available in the following variations: thin spaghetti, linguine, and maccheroni.
