Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all catering services provided by Antimo Pizza Chef ("we", "us", "our"). By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or engaging our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
  • Client means the person or entity booking the catering services.

  • Event means the function, celebration, or occasion for which catering services are provided.

  • Services means catering, food preparation, on-site service, equipment, staff, and any related offerings agreed in writing.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit or written confirmation is received.

PRICING AND QUOTES

All prices are provided in AUD and are exclusive of GST charges unless stated.

Final pricing may change if event details (guest numbers, location, timing, menu, access conditions) are amended.

Additional costs may apply for travel, extended service time, special dietary requirements, permits, or venue-specific conditions.

BOOKING RESERVATION

A deposit is required to secure the booking. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide clear proof of payment (such as a receipt or transaction confirmation) within a reasonable timeframe after payment is made. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in the booking not being recorded or confirmed. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure to note, confirm, or honour a reservation or booking where proof of payment has not been received.

BALANCE

The balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.​ Final guest numbers provided by the agreed cut-off date will be used for invoicing and food preparation.

No refunds will be provided for reductions after the cut-off date.

 

Late payments may result in cancellation of services without liability on our part.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made more than 90 business calendar days before the event date. Cancellations made within 90 business calendar days of the event are non-refundable under any circumstance. However, it is transferable to another person.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

We do not require a minimum guest numbers, however, a minimum spend may apply and will be specified in the quote.​​

EVENT ACCESS AND SET UP

The Client is responsible for ensuring suitable access, space, and safe working conditions at the event location. Delays caused by poor access, unsafe conditions, or venue restrictions may result in reduced service time without refund.

Any additional time requested on the day may incur extra charges.

FOOD SAFETY AND DIETARY REQUIREMENT

We comply with all applicable food safety regulations. Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised in writing prior to the event.

While reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to our workspace. We cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination from gluten (especially for coeliacs), nuts, or any allergen. But we will make sure to avoid as much cross contamination as possible. We will not be responsible if the guest is very intolerant to it.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGES & LOSS

Any equipment provided remains our property. The Client is responsible for loss or damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged to the Client.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, power outages, government restrictions, illness, or acts of God.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may take photographs or videos at the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
