What a night it was at Rachel and her brother's 40th birthday party! Our pizza catering service had the pleasure of being part of this amazing pizza party, and let me tell you, it was very different from what we usually do! Why? Antimo Pizza Chef did not use the mobile pizza truck nor the marquee! How were we able to do a pizza catering? We used their own pizza oven at home as per their request! Yes guys, if you have your own wood-fired oven at home, instead of using ours, we can cook the pizza there so you can have that extra home-cooked feels with your food.
From the moment Antimo Pizza Chef arrived at their beautiful hilltop home, we knew it was going to be an amazing night to remember. What made this event even more special was Rachel and her brother's request: they wanted us to use their own wood-fired pizza oven for the evening. As we started cooking pizzas in the wood-fired oven. The sound of crackling wood added to the atmosphere, making it feel cozy and homey. People gathered around the oven, eager for a slice of pizza.
Here's another twist; instead of our usual 2-hour catering service, they booked us for 2 more hours. That's right, 4 hours of catering service, 4 hours of pizza fun! They booked us for an extra 2 hours, and we ended up making a lot of pizzas—180 to be exact!
The pizzas were a hit with everyone at the party. Antimo Pizza Chef team worked hard, making Neapolitan pizzas with fresh toppings. Each pizza looked and tasted amazing, from the crispy crust to the tasty toppings. People kept telling us how much they loved the pizzas. It wasn't just about the food; it was about bringing people together and having a great time. And they did not just hire us for our pizzas, they booked our Mamma Package that comes with unlimited pizza and antipasto!
