- Your venue address and set-up details
- Dietary needs and any notes you add
- How you heard about us
3Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
- To manage your booking, payment and event day
- To keep records we need for tax and accounting
4How we store it
- Our website forms run on Cloudflare, our website host
- Form details are sent to our business email through an email delivery service
- We keep your details in our business email and booking records
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Some of these services may store data outside Australia.
5Who sees it
- Only our team, to look after your booking
- We never sell or rent your information
- We only share it with services that help us run the website and send email, or where the law requires
6Cookies and tracking
Our website uses a few tools to work and to improve our ads:
- Google Analytics and Tag Manager: show us how people use the site
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel: helps us measure and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that forms are sent by people, not spam bots
- Elfsight: shows our Google reviews on the site
To opt out, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out, or change your ad settings in your Facebook account.
7Marketing
We may send occasional offers and news, like a discount on your next booking. We only send these to people who ticked the box on our forms, or to past customers where the Spam Act allows it.
Every marketing email shows our business name and has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect within 5 business days.
Opting out never affects your booking.
8Access and correction
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to fix it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
9Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email us first and we will try to sort it out.
If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
