Last week, we had the pleasure of bringing our pizza catering to a special event—the 40th birthday celebration of Anders! The event was organized and we were in contact with his wife from the start. Sweet, right? It was a day that was filled with laughter, music, and of course, delicious pizza! It was a beautiful day, and we used our marquee set up for their event, and we fit perfectly!

Working alongside Antimo, the director and owner of Antimo Pizza Chef, is Matteo, who is lovingly called Antimo of the north due to his roots in Northern Italy (and Antimo is from the South). As the signature authentic Italian pizzas were prepared, and got everything ready, something magical happened. The atmosphere was so lively and joyful that Matteo and Antimo couldn't resist singing and dancing whilst working, which made the guests happy.

Speaking of our guests, they were a fantastic mix of people, with about half of them from Italy themselves. They watched us make the pizzas while singing and dancing to Italian songs, which entertained them a lot. Happenings like these remind us of why we love what we do.
